Welcome to the September 2018 Edition of the Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop, with a Colour Feature! You'll see projects from stampers from around the world--I'm in Colorado Springs, Colorado. (Note: I can only sell to customers in the US, so any prices are in USD)
We generally hop the first Friday of each month, and the theme for this month is to highlight one of our new In Colors: Call Me Clover. My project features coordinating products from the Animal Expedition Suite.

We were supposed to use Call Me Clover, with Whisper White, and/or Basic Black. I took the liberty of substituting a different neutral color to round out this card - Crumb Cake Cardstock. The Animal Expedition Suite contains coordinating Leaf Ribbon in Call Me Clover, so I captalized on that!
I used one of the coordinating wooden Frames Elements as a stamp, inking it up in Call Me Clover. I'll put a link below to a quick Facebook Livestream I did earlier today, showing how to do that. Then I used the MASKING technique to cover the frame area as I stamped the animals in the background.
In the end, I also added some of the little hearts from the wooden Frames Elements in the upper left corner of the card to give it some balance. Lol, I made sure I put one of the hearts over the tail (and not under or to the right of it) so it doesn't look like the rhino is pooing or tooting out a heart! Hahaha...! Below you'll find an image linked to the VIDEO from my Facebook Livestream, showing how to make this card:
Stampin' Supplies: Animal Outing stamp set (available in either wood-mount or cling-mount), Call Me Clover cardstock & ink, Basic Black cardstock, Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad, Crumb Cake cardstock, Leaf Ribbon, Frames Elements, Tombow Liquid Adhesive, SNAIL Adhesive, Paper Snips, Paper Trimmer (for cutting & scoring). If you are in the US and you want to get a hard copy of the NEW Stampin' Up! 2018 HOLIDAY Catalog, drop me an email with your mailing address, and we can get that coordinated!
