Be Merry Single Holiday Stamp Hack: 3 Stamps in One

In case you hadn't noticed, Stampin' Up! is offering several Single Holiday Stamps this season...among them, the Be Merry stamp holds extra promise in my book!

The stamp comes as one single image, and it coordinates with the tag in the Chalk Talk Framelits set. That's all fine and dandy if you want to use it as a tag, but I have seen several beautiful cards made without the "to" and "from" lines, and I wanted to recreate some of them in my Christmas Card Classes without having to use markers. Plus, I figured I could get extra use out of those "to" and "from" lines if they were separate. So...I put the index sticker on the foam, then turned my stamp over on my self-healing cutting mat, and used a hobby blade to trim out that section:

Voila--three, three, three stamps in one! If you want to use them as one single image again, just pop the "to" and "from" section back into the main image before mounting on your clear block. FYI, the Single Holiday Stamps are available in clear-mount only. If you'd like to purchase only one mounting block you can use for this whole stamp (or either of the other two "hacked" images), you'll want to purchase Clear Block E.
