Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop - Lovely & Sweet

Welcome to the February 2024 Edition of the Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop! You'll see projects in our hop from Stampin' Up! demonstrators around the world--I'm in Colorado Springs, Colorado. (Note: I can only sell to customers in the US, so any prices mentioned are in USD)

We generally hop the first Friday of each month, and our theme for today is Lovely & Sweet! Today I am sharing a card using the Bee My Valentine BUNDLE from the NEW 2024 Jan-Apr Mini Catalog to make a Valentine card, along with the Sale-a-Bration Most Adored 12"x12" Specialty Designer Series Paper (which you can earn for FREE!). {you can find all Product Purchase Links below the Blog Roll near the bottom of the post}

To earn the Most Adored 12"x12" Specialty Designer Series Paper, you need to spend at least $50 on retail merchandise. The Bee My Valentine BUNDLE (which includes the stamp set + the Bee Builder Punch) is $38.50, plus a $13 package of Blending Brushes would get you the paper!

Did you get a chance to send out Christmas cards?? Everything is always so hectic for me over the holidays, and I've been terrible about planning ahead, so I didn't send out any cards. I always see Valentine's Day as a great second chance - not only are people more likely to be home to get my card in the mail, my card is more likely to stand out in their mail! I don't see Valentine's Day as a lovey-dovey romantic occasion focused only on intimate relationships. To me, it's just a day of sharing sweetness with anyone and everyone you want. I've always made cards and got little gifts, and of course chocolates and candy, for my kids on Valentine's Day. And it's a wonderful excuse to use all the hearts and love imagery and sentiments that I'm not ooey-gooey enough to really touch the rest of the year!

I specifically limited my supplies for these cards, but if you want to recreate them, you'll want the Brushed Gold Cards & Envelopes for your card bases. As of the day of this post, that item is on low inventory, so you will want to click on that product picture under the Blog Roll to order them right away. There are 20 cards and coordinating envelopes in that package, and you could potentially make a whopping 144 cards from the free Most Adored 12"x12" Specialty Designer Series Paper, the way I cut the pieces! So, keep that in mind when you are shopping.
