Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop - Stamp FREE

Welcome to the February 2025 Edition of the Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop! You'll see projects in our hop from Stampin' Up! demonstrators around the world--I'm in Colorado Springs, Colorado. (Note: I can only sell to customers in the US, so any prices mentioned are in USD)

We generally hop the first Friday of each month, and our theme for today is Stamp Free! My project today features the Happiest Day Stamp Set, which I chose as a FREE item with my Stampin' Rewards. There are 3 ways you can cash in on the goodies:

 Back to my project for today. As I mentioned above, I used the Happiest Day Stamp Set. I actually made the card for the Craft Roulette #252 Challenge - which is a great way to exercise your creativity! A new challenge streams live every Friday. Anyway, my layout was inspired by the sample card for the With You In Mind Stamp Set you see below. I didn't even realize until I posted this picture that I came close to using the very same colors! I was working from memory. One of the cool things about a card like this, is if you can cut all 3 colors of card stock at the same angle at the same time, you can make 3 cards with the order of the colors swapped around on each one.

Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop - Coming Soon!

Welcome to the January 2025 Edition of the Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop! You'll see projects in our hop from Stampin' Up! demonstrators around the world--I'm in Colorado Springs, Colorado. (Note: I can only sell to customers in the US, so any prices mentioned are in USD)

We generally hop the first Friday of each month, and our theme for today is Coming Soon! My project today is for Valentine's Day, since that is coming soon. I featured the Mini Pocket Envelope Die because it was on the Last Chance Products section of my store...but it appears to be sold out now! The Bee My Valentine Stamp Set and coordinating Bee Builder Punch are still available, though.

The Mini Pocket Envelope Die being sold out is a big reason you will want to go check out the products on the Last Chance Products section of my store as soon as you can. Just a heads up, my Stampin' Up! store no longer has a "Clearance Rack", and this is because the Last Chance Products section is going to stay up year round. The retiring products will be placed in that section of the store, and will be there ONLY while supplies last. Some of the products are up to 60% off, and while BUNDLES will still be available at a 10% discount while all bundle items are still available, you may want to check the Last Chance Products section to see if one or both individual items may have a greater discount when purchased individually.


 Back to my project for today. I created a box using the Mini Pocket Envelope Die, and I decorated it with the Iconic Celebrations 6"x6" Designer Series Paper. There are 4 sheets of patterned paper in this package that have the hearts on one side. There are clinking champagne glasses on the other side, and that's why I made the box with Cherry Cobbler Cardstock. I wanted to adhere the paper to the cardstock so the back design didn't show. I didn't put anything in the box because I haven't gone shopping for any Valentine's Day treats yet this year. The box is 1-1/2" deep, and 2-3/8" wide. The front of the box is shorter, at about 3" high, and the back is about 4" tall at the peak.
